Online Selling Tutorial Step 2
The
Item Description Screen
The sell page is where you list all
of the attributes of the products you are selling or requesting
a quote.
Category,
Title and Preferred Currency 
- Category - Automatically entered
- Title - Describe the product
you will be selling or requesting. The title should catch
the buyers attention, while being descriptive of the product.
- Preferred Currency - The
default currency is U.S.D. You may select the currency
you would like to be paid in, or the currency you will
pay in for RFQ's.
Detailed
Description
The detailed description area is
where you will list everything the buyer or bid respondent needs
to know about the product or RFQ. Remember, the viewer knows nothing
about this product, so provide a complete detail. There are three
ways to enter data.
- Type the information into
the white field area. You may change the color, size and type
of
the text by selecting the buttons at the top.
- You may paste existing data
into the box by copying it from another source (Word, Excel,
Web,
etc...) and pasting it (Ctrl +V) into the document. This process
provides great flexibility as you may create colored tables paste
in the description area.
- You may select the "HTML" option and paste code from you previously
design auction template. This process requires a little knowledge
of HTML.
Select
the Sell / RFQ Option
Select the selling method. You can
choose any selling method and set either a "reserve" (minimum price
you will accept, buyers don't sell the reserve price) or "Fixed
Price". In the "Auction" mode, you may select a low starting price
which will attract more buyers. You also have the option in the
"Auction" mode to allow buyers to "Buy-it-Now". This is a great
option for buyers who need something now and don't want to wait
for the auction to end.
The RFQ option places an RFQ icon
on your listing so members will know you are Requesting a Quote.

Hit Counter 
The free hit counter tracks how
many members look at your products.

Features
The optional feature attract additional
attention to your products.
- Home Page - You listing is randomly
displayed on the "Home" page of our site.
- Category Listing - You product
is listed on the product category page above other listings.
- Gallery - A picture will be featured
in all of our gallery pages.
- Highlight - A colored highlight
is placed on your listing.
- Bold - Your item is listed in
bold black.
Optional
Features 
The
icon feature attracts additional attention and describes your
products.
PayPal
Payment Systems
The optional PayPal feature allows
buyers the ability to complete the sale with PayPal. If you already
have a PayPal account, simply enter your PayPal e-mail address
and we'll do the rest. Buyers will automatically see the PayPal
