is not necessary to apply for a new password. To retrieve your
password visit the login page and select
the forgotten password link. You may change your password by

suspension notice from eFreemarket, why has my listing been
suspended? Your
listing may have been suspended for several reasons which include
but are not restricted to... illegal content, vulgar language,
excessive negative feedback, fraud complaint, failure to respond
to complaint inquiry or an overdue balance. [contact

- How do I re-list a suspended product? eFreemarket sends an e-mail communication prior to de-listing
a product. The e-mail describes any membership or listing violation
and potential corrections, if any. If you are unable to locate
the e-mail, please contact us using our online form.
- Why has my login has been
suspended? Your
login (membership) may have been suspended for several reasons
which include, but are not restricted to.. listings with illegal

- What is feedback? Feedback is a response made
by a seller regarding their level of satisfaction with a transaction.
Feedback can be positive, neutral or negative.
- Why didn't I receive feedback on a recently
sold item? The buyer has probably not left feedback yet. It's a good
idea to follow-up with buyers to ensure feedback is left.
- What is a storefront? A
storefront is a collection of all of your eFreemarket
products located in a branded web

- How do I set-up my own storefront? You
may set up a storefront once you have logged on and have visited
your
"My Auction" account. There you will find a "Stores" section
where you can set up your storefront. [My

- How do I create a link from my existing
web site to my eFreemarket storefront? eFreemarket
provides graphic logos for pasting to your existing web site.
You may insert a logo,
copy the URL for your storefront from the address window on your
browser and paste it as the hyperlink on your page.
- Can I track auctions without bidding? Yes, once
you are logged on you may view any item and select the "watch
this item" link on the listing page. Watched items will appear
in your "My Auction" account.
- How do get the bulk loader? The bulk loader may
be downloaded from within your "My Auction" page.
- How do I get instructions on using the bulk loader?
Instructions are included with the downloaded file.
- How do I join PayPal? Click the PayPal link to
join today.
Billing
Questions
- How do I pay for my listings? Login to your account "My Auctions" page, then select the "Billing"
tab. If you would like to pay automatically select the "Change
Billing Info" and add your credit card information. To make a
payment, select the "Make Payment" option.
- Can my listings be paid automatically? Yes, simply enter your credit card information as indicated above.
- I have selected options
such as gallery and category when listing a product, why
is the listing no longer free? Each
of the options you select adds an additional fee for your
individual listing. You may view the
charges in your billing summary located in your "My
Auction"
pages.
- What is a final auction fee? A
final auction fee is a selling charge that is applied to items
that are sold on eFreemarket.
- What are my payment options? Members
may pay by check, credit card, PayPal or World Pay.
Membership
- Is there a fee to be a
member? No, eFreemarket is free to join.
- What are the different
types of auctions available? To
learn more, view the free listings ,
page.
- How do I become a member? Individuals
may register online in
just a couple minutes. To learn more about membership,
view the selling on efreemarket page.
- Can I respond to RFQs if I am not a member? No,
your company must be an active member to create or respond to
RFQs.
- What are the terms and conditions of membership? Our terms and conditions can be viewed on the registration page.
- Can I join the eFreemarket network if I do not
represent a business? No, we're sorry but eFreemarket is a business-to-business
only network.
